  • Training for H2020 Partners

    How can you add value to the proposal preparation process when you are not the coordinator but a Work Package leader or a mere consortium partner? Tips and good practice will be presented during a one-day course.

  • Training for H2020 Coordinators

    Secure funding from H2020 when only one or a handful of proposals are expected to be successful. Learn how to write successful proposals, from defining concepts and articulating activities for impact, to identifying partners and preparing budgets.

  • Coaching of H2020 proposal coordinators

    Proposal coordinators and writing teams will receive hands-on, dedicated support in the form of coaching from the concept development stage to the submission of the proposal on the participant portal (tailored made programme).

  • Proposal reviews & editing

    Proposal coordinators and writing teams can receive up to three proposal reviews in the same conditions of the Commission’s review by an experienced reviewer. Drafts are sent back with comments and editing to significantly improve the chances of successes.

Once the H2020 funding is secured, the real-life implementation challenges can start! Whether you are a first-time coordinator or a busy serial-H2020 project leader, Trend 2000 Ltd. Offers specific solutions to ease your job:

    Up to three days per month of support by an experienced project coordinator on issues as varied as organizing the project kick-off meeting, planning resources, solving conflicts, amending the grant agreement, best practice for liaising with the EC or the executive agencies, reviewing deliverables and progress reports to ensure EC approval, etc.

    One-day session for project coordinators and administrators to highlight key issues and their solutions including best practice for reporting, managing partners, supervising budgets and resources, archiving, audits, etc.
